There's something really special about waking up to that fresh valley air, enjoying a slow morning coffee on the patio, and then making a lazy breakfast with the birds chirping in the background.

But if you don’t feel like cooking in the morning, guests also get a complimentary daily breakfast at the on-site restaurant — and it’s such a wholesome way to start the day. For chill days, there’s a pool and gorgeous walking trails all around the estate. We loved strolling through the orchards and taking in those vineyard views. And because you’re just a short drive from Stellies town, it’s super easy to head in for wine tastings, cute cafés, or even a lazy lunch somewhere fabulous.

We visited during the cooler months, and I can’t recommend it enough — the combo of autumn colours, crisp air, and a crackling fire just hits different. That said, it would be just as magical in summer, lounging by the pool with a chilled glass of wine.
